You should open a support ticket for every problem you experience. It is the quickest and fairest way for us to provide support. Please do not directly email staff members unless explicitly asked to do so - if you do, they may not respond to your problem at all. It is important all problems go through our ticketing system in order for them to be correctly allocated and acted upon quickly.
