Partner Support Services

Support for Commission Partners

Commission Partners receive support from their assigned Account Executive. Technical and sales support is only provided directly to the end user.

Support Discount and Solutions Partners

Discount Partners have direct access to technical support, sales and an assigned Partner Programme Account Executive.

Branded Email and Telephone Support

This option is only available for ?premium? partners who generate a required level of business. Partners who become eligible for this support will be contacted by DediPower.

Product Training

Basic product sales training is available for all Partners arranged by DediPower. Training aims to educate partners and provide all the required information needed to generate and make sales.

Training is supplied on a discretionary basis but will be publicised in our quarterly Partner Programme Newsletter. For any urgent product training, please contact your allocated Partner Account Executive.

Gold Level Discount Partners are required to have at least one representative attend one of our sales based training days and a technical training session.
