• The offer, free double RAM, is available on DediPower’s Basic and Entry level dedicated servers. The Basic server can hold a maximum of 2GB of RAM and Entry server a maximum of 8GB.
• The offer, free business level managed back-ups is available with all DediPower’s dedicated managed servers. Business level managed back-ups are a 7 days rolling back-up.
• Customers may select one of the offers when purchasing a new dedicated server, either free double RAM with all Basic and Entry level servers or free business level managed back-ups.
• This offer is for a limited time only and will expire on the 31st July 2008.
• DediPower Managed Hosting Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
• This offer will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute relating to or arising from the offer the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
